About me

Perpetual dieter here but this time, I think I’ve got it covered. I have a new Gym Membership at literally, a brand new Gym, a new gym bag, new running yoga-like pants and 4-new V-neck cap sleeved T-shirts. I too, have the qualifying body for a grand transformation! I think too that this time, I have the right attitude to move forward and make this journey a successful one.

I look forward to “a large following”, contributions and discussion with fellow weight losers. We can do this! And besides, who isn’t totally embarrassed that the United States has taken the number 1 spot in obesity? I am disappointed that I am now a part of that statistic!

My workouts:
FreeMotion Incline Training,  Les Mills Bodypump and running. But NOW I’m focusing on Boot Camp and Incline Trainer for cardio.
